Peter A. Bellacosa is a trial and appellate lawyer with more than 30 years of experience representing companies and individuals in complex business disputes in state and federal courts, arbitrations, and regulatory matters.
Peter has served as lead counsel in individual and class actions for clients across industries. His practice includes product liability and mass tort litigation, ERISA and employment disputes, commercial and contractual litigation, securities matters, New York State practice and procedure, and class action defense.
Peter has appeared in trial and appellate courts across the country, tried cases in court and arbitration, argued appeals in federal and state courts, and led teams of lawyers, local counsel, paralegals, experts, and support staff. He also brings significant pro bono and public-service experience, including appointments to New York State legal and public-service boards and committees.
